What’s your favorite thing to do outside of work?
I love to read and work towards crossing off the only item on my bucket list: to visit every continent at least once.
What are people most surprised to learn about you?
After I was born in Florida, my family moved to South Dakota, where they live now, so I spent many years growing up there before going away to boarding school.
What drew you to education?
I’ve been fortunate enough to have had a lot of people in my life who genuinely cared about my education, and I can confidently say I wouldn’t be where I am today if I hadn’t taken my education as seriously I did. It has gifted me so much.
